How is the Sightpath service better than others e.g. my accountant?

Sightpath has researched and developed a very powerful system that enables us to efficiently model a business and play ‘what ifs?’ We can quickly discover the best balance between Customers, Capacity and Cash for your specific situation as you grow. This is uniquely powerful and we haven’t identified any other company or accountant that can offer such a complete planning service in so short a time and therefore at such a competitive price.

Can I just buy the Sightpath Business Development System?

No. The system is not for sale. We don’t sell software – we sell success. The essence of our service is the business modelling that occurs between a business owner(s) and a Sightpath Catalyst expert in driving our unique Business Development System. The system is an essential tool to be able to quickly see the impact of your various options. Sightpath Catalysts use the system every day across a variety of businesses. They can get the most out of each session and bring cross-fertilisation from other industries to help identify any unique selling opportunities for our clients.

Can I learn to drive the system myself to explore options?

Yes. If you choose the ongoing Business Development Service where your Sightpath Catalyst runs quarterly planning sessions. You are then given direct access to the system and licensed to use it for as long as you continue with the service. Note: There is no obligation to continue with the quarterly service, but you are only licensed to use the system whilst you continue to purchase the ongoing service.

Will it work for my particular business?

Probably. The Sightpath Business Development System is very flexible and will work for most businesses. However, there are several types of market where our ability to add significant value is more limited. These are retail outlets that largely rely on ‘footfall’ i.e. passing trade; and businesses that are forced to sell through a limited number of brokers. If your business is unlikely to benefit significantly we will not proceed and you will not be charged.

Is a Sightpath Business Plan recognised by funding providers? my accountant?

Yes. There are 3 levels of business plan document that Sightpath provides. All of them present all your numbers from Customers through to Cashflow. Our experience is that the presentation of these numbers will exceed the expectations of most lenders and investors. The Standard document captures all your numbers as part of any planning session, however, you are expected to add the words yourself to explain the numbers. The second document is the ‘Presentation’ document, which again has all the numbers but your Sightpath Catalyst will add the words to complete the plan. There is an extra charge for this, see our Services section. Finally, we offer a detailed document compiled by your Sightpath Catalyst that includes additional research and is recommended for clients needing to present their business professionally without being present. Again, there is an extra charge, see our Services section.
