In order to deliver Sightpath services to our clients you must become Sightpath Certified.
This involves completing the Sightpath Catalyst Certification Training and Evaluation.
Sightpath has a proven process for all its client services. Certification helps to ensure we consistently deliver the high standards our clients have come to expect.
Certification consists of 3 elements:
- Training Modules
- Training Tasks
- Customer Sessions
The process comprises 10 Training Modules. Each module takes half a day and dates will be arranged in advance for you to schedule attendance. It is generally expected that the training process should be completed within 8-10 weeks. You may attend modules to refresh your knowledge as often as you desire.
There are 2 Training Tasks to be completed outside of the training modules.
The final part of the training required to achieve Sightpath Certification is to attend Customer Sessions. Initially, a new Catalyst will observe a session conducted by a Certified Catalyst and finally a Certified Catalyst will observe a session conducted by the new Catalyst. At this point, the new Catalyst can be accredited to certify that he or she has met the standards our clients have come to expect of a Sightpath Certified Catalyst.
There is also a process of Continual Professional Development to ensure we remain at the forefront of our profession.
